My original problem was my external HD on my shield ,still working but got myself a 1 Tb ,plugged into shield and it won’t format …….do I need to forget on my shield the old HD first ,then when I work that out I’m gonna try and transfer my old stuff onto the 1 Tb one ,does anyone understand what I’m on about …..Please
