Hey doc, I did everything up to the downloading of the kodi 17.6 but when I tried to install it. I keep getting and error message. " The package conflicts with an existing package of the same name.". What am I doing wrong and how can I fix this? Please and Thank You.

i keep getting a "unknown error has occurred check your url or connection" before it even downloads to your site fresh out of downloader HELP!!!!!
I don't get the popup on the downloader that says to access photos and videos no matter what I do it's still doesn't pop up and give me that option and cannot install Kodi.
