It’s been reported that ACE and the MPA are targeting many more streaming sites and IPTV services.
The Alliance for Creativity and Entertainment (ACE) and Motion Pictures Association (MPA) are back in the news again going after more streaming domains and IPTV services.
Only a few months ago we saw ACE take down two huge streaming websites – 123movies la and Cuevana.
Two Major Streaming Sites Shut Down by ACE
This time ACE and the MPA are requesting the details of illegal streaming site operators from Cloudflare on three different DMCA subpoenas.
These three subpoenas collectively target over 40 streaming domains being operated from across the world.
Some of the more notable domains on this list include the following:
In the third subpoena, ACE and the MPA requested the information of those operating pirate IPTV services.
These illegal IPTV services being targeted consisted of the following:
Within the official subpoena documents, you can find a statement from ACE/MPA demanding user information of the operators running these illegal streaming services.
“This would include the individuals’ names, physical addresses, IP addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, payment information, account updates and account history.”
This isn’t the first or last time we will see unverified streaming sites/apps shut down, as we’ve seen these instances in the past.
Popular Streaming Site “Nites.TV” Shut Down by ACE
Typhoon TV App Shut Down by ACE
Mobdro Shut Down
Although this is a victory for ACE and copyright holders, it only seems logical that this “cat and mouse” game of shutting down streaming sites/services will continue in the near future.

Will Users of These Streaming Sites & IPTV Services be Contacted by ACE/MPA?
It’s uncertain what’s happening behind the scenes with this latest targeting of more streaming websites and IPTV services.
We’ve seen website operators in the past hand over user data, streaming history, and identifying IP addresses. They’re also known to sell this sought-after information to other third parties.
It’s extremely important to only stream content not protected by copyright and protect yourself with Quad VPN.
These website operators & app developers can do anything they want to with your streaming history and identifying IP Address.
A VPN masks your IP Address and encrypts your connection to the Internet which makes you anonymous.
Also, your Internet service provider can’t see what you’re accessing online since your connection is encrypted.
See our VPN Resource Guide for more information.
Overall, it will be interesting to see what happens with the operators of these streaming websites and IPTV services.
We will keep our visitors informed as more news arrives on the situation.
