  9. I decided to try this service for 1 month but can't add their service to my current Tivimate Pro! Solaris wants me to remove my current Tivimate pro and install their version. I find this to be unreasonable since I already have another service in use with Tivimate pro and it would cause me to go through all settings all over again! Also, what if I decide I don't want to keep their service? I would then have to reinstall my own Tivimate pro again. This is a rediculous request on their part…..

  15. Don’t waste your money. The categories have been disappearing since I purchased this service. Canada, U.K., documentary channels, and movies by year have all disappeared. I contacted them twice with no reply yet. Most of the channels in the guide have no information present on the guide.
