Hi guys. Thanks for the tips. I have a question regarding updating sideloaded TV on an Android TV.
They will not update as there is no automatic function. Is there a system work around for this?
PS.. I don't know tbe source of these apps as tbey were gifted to me by a friend when i got the TV. Thank you

How do you access the advanced kodi audio settings from within this build? My kodi streams are all outputting a stereo 2.0 signal and it’s very annoying. I’ve searched through the build to try and find away into kodi settings and have come up empty? 🤷🏻‍♂️ I’m using Nvidia shield tv 2019 and have it setup to output Dolby 5.1, Dolby digital plus etc but all of my movies keep sending a 2.0 signal to my Sonos home theatre equipment. Clicking allow passthrough from the movie options menu doesn’t rectify the issue either. Do I need to un-install the build, then go into bare bones kodi and setup the audio settings, before re-installing. I’m kind of shocked that a build of this quality doesn’t allow for more kodi settings changes from within??? Or am I missing something??

i've been trying two update for weeks. we just moved and my android tv when using the downloader all down loads I get a error about url . I am stumped looked at setting on TV and turned on unknown sources. Using fire stick when through all setting and they are all per info for fire stick

I have and android tv box. S9max. It has kodi 18.4. On the media player already installed. I tried your link to the video on downloader and it says link not found. I tried downloading other links and my box wont let me download anything now. I keep getting an error not installed. It worked fine the day before this message. Hi there, I’m trying to update kodi on a streamaster android box to18.9 as of now I have 17.6 install. Normally I would go setting then apps and uninstall kodi but I can’t find this part on this streamaster android box. This is a manufacturer app on this box, I can’t get into it to uninstall 17.6 so I can install the new update. Please advise thanks.
