The team at Kodi Fire IPTV strongly suggests that you use a VPN at all times.
Be it for browsing, watching Kodi, watching IPTV or anything else – the one that we recommend is Hidden Router. They provide you with very fast speeds, that can reach over 400Mbps, and their VPN service is as low as $6 per month (when paid for 2 years)!
Grab your own Hidden Router and regain your online privacy now!

  1. Question- I signed up for a 2 year subscription to SurfShark as it was what you demonstrated in the video. However, while configuring VPN Manager for OpenVPN, SurfShark is NOT listed as one of the VPN Provider values, and your video does not show which value you had selected for that input. As a result everything works up until this point, but then fails at authentication. I have my credentials, but what do I put for the VPN Provider value?

  2. Firstly, thank you for the video. I need a bit of help though. I am using raspberry pi Os/Rapsbian on a raspberry pi 4 and I’ve downloaded Kodi and set up a Surfshark account. I’ve even downloaded and installed the vpn directly to the command line with the help of their step by step walkthrough ….the problem is that I have NO CATEGORIES AVAILABLE in my settings for vpn manager for open vpn when I click configure!?!!?!?! Can anyone at all help me out? I’m completely new to Linux and coding so I could use any tips …thanks to all in advance.

  3. Hi! I'm using Norton's VPN and I do understand it's slow but it's the only option I have at the moment. How can I use this VPN on the Pi?

Also sorry I'm reposting this. I was going to edit the previous comment but it would have been completely different.

  4. I have followed your instructions and configured SurfShark properly. But connection failed with error in OpenVPN Log:
disabling NCP mode (–ncp-disable) because notin P2MP client or server mode
Options error: You must define TUN/TAP device (–dev)

How can I fix this on raspy 3B with Libreelec 9.2.4 ?
