It was recently announced by Netflix that their service is ending support for several older streaming devices, which has officially started since December 1st, 2019. Netflix posted a help article on their website that further explains the compatibility error.
The streaming devices that this news impacts includes older Samsung and Vizio smart TVs, and 1st generation Roku boxes. Samsung stated that this impacts “select 2010 and 2011 Samsung Smart TV Models that were sold in the U.S. and Canada.”
