How quick are they to respond after paying for service?
Totally understand time situations but over 7 hours to activate account…… and still waiting

I got in last time, and I continue to appreciate the effort they put into the service(s), and how proactive they are with respect to issues (when they happen). No IPTV service is perfect, at any price, and in fact, my go-to services aren't among these. BUT, the combination of these services is pretty much going to guarantee you'll see what you want to watch, and it's absolutely dirt cheap for what you're getting. So, while some channels might have missing guide data on one of the services, it'll be there on another. For the user who's not spending more time trying and configuring services, and actually wants to watch TV, this is outstanding. And, you won't find more responsive support at any price, from a guy who's clearly honest and committed to his service.
Will be delayed on account setups due to a recent family issue. In hospital and will continue to setup accounts later today / tomorrow. I state on site of up to 48HR setup. Great video. The only issue I had with this service was that many of the channels had no epg. Because of that I had to unsubscribe.

I was signed up for the original ITV4D plan which I believe became ITV1. The VOD sections disappeared entirely. I had emailed asked what happened but didn’t hear back. Nothing in my spam folder either. I also didn’t realize my bill was coming due. I didn’t receive an invoice like I had previously and it just ended yesterday. I found out today when trying to login. I went to renew but my username and password no longer work.
