You didn't mention it but did you realize that Kodi is both blind and autistic? He can't even see the piano he's playing.
FOR EVERYONE TO SEE – The CRAZY part is, I DIDN'T KNOW that Kodi was blind and autistic! I feel a bit silly but I remembered people telling me about someone like him after I already posted the video! I noticed he had trouble with his eyes a bit, but I didn't feel the need to mention it, I was more into the whole performance. But that just makes it ALL THE MORE EPIC. The guy is truly amazing!!
Hey man this was so cool to see a vocal coach breaking down his performance like this. Thank you for doing this. In your opinion, his disabilities aside just based on raw talent do you think he's good enough to win a world class competition like this?
Awesome reaction ☺️
Absolutely love this reaction 🙂
Kodi is phenomenal. Truly remarkable that he has this talent. As a mother of an adult child with William's Syndrome and Autism it is epic to me.
Man, even Stevie Wonder could see he's blind. There's just no way you couldn't tell he was blind 🤨
A positive review of Kodi but you were way off the mark by labeling him as "nervous." He was anything but nervous!!!! He has performed in his local area a lot (and for large events for handicap-awareness) and he is used to performing in front of people. He wasn't nervous! His passion, while he performs, transcends his handicaps and any possible fears that people might conjure up. 🙂
Have you seen his first performance on AGT? It’s amazing and I’m glad you reacted to this young talented kid ❤️ also he’s blind and autistic, well you probably knew this already but thx for the reaction
just a quick tip, the playback vid should not be louder than your mic sound. your own sound input should be higher than the playback. we've already seen the video, we're listening to your comments. It's annoying having to change the sounds every time u pause the video to give feedback because it's super loud one minute, and un-hearable the next.
Can you react to Jessie J's performances of..My heart will go on..and I have nothing..from The Singer 2018? Please..thank you!
Obviously you did not know about Kodi's condition & what makes it extra ordinary. You now from what I have read know a little about his condition. This was the video played just before his performance. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bfdrad–TFU Also if your gonna do reactions to a video I would like it to maybe So Hyang I have nothing. You will be blown away. She is perfect in every way.
I too enjoyed your thoughts on his performance. Kodi Lee is indeed going places with his many talents. He plays 5 instruments, sings and tap dances also. That is just what a predigious audio savant does:))
The guy is a prodigious musical savant. He has perfect pitch. He can hear a song once and sing it back flawlessly. He is an amazing talent.
I am so pleased that a voice coach has evaluated Kodi. In my opinion, a voice coach is far more qualified to evaluate a voice than us mere mortals because that is your profession and you are vastly more experienced than we are. Your evaluation was SPOT ON!!
Kodi Lee is One kind of the music, His passion is unbeatable as specially when you are in the blind condition…. I can stay all day long just to watch his performance, he is unique….. And i love him…
Wish this guy would have listened to the song then gave his thoughts instead of pausing throughout the song GEEZ
I thought you were spot on with your review. I agree with all the points you mentioned. It's always easy for people to say that his pitch wasn't perfect and so on but unless you've worked hard on your voice and had enough performing experience yourself you don't really know how much is involved, and as you said, performing in front of probably close to 1000 in the audience and millions watching on TV. Kodi has already guaranteed himself a successful career and I'm sure he'll be overwhelmed by performance opportunities should he not win
Sometimes in Life we need to Live. Not take it apart.
I imagine now you've been told Kodi is Autistic and Blind.
AGT 2019 winner right there. America, please vote with your heart.
