  10. When the service works it’s great. I went to pay my bill, and their website was down. I thought okay I’ll check in a few hours. A few hours later still down. I think it was down for a couple of days. I will say this though, if you fill out a ticket they respond rather quickly.

  18. I have had this service since 23 May. The live TV channels are clear and crisp. Very happy with this section. What I am having big trouble with is the VOD movie section. Nothing pulls up and all I get from tech support is to refresh the channels. I had other IPTV services with VOD and had no issues with the movie or TV sections. I keep Area51 as my default and always will. This IPTV service has no VOD. Any thoughts from the gallery! Thanks AE for putting these videos out for us!
