Guys need some help here… I paid for a subscription then realized I had to create an account. I created one, and I it sent me the authenticate link, I click it and it takes me to login page and says password change error. I I try to do a password reset and says no account found.

I then went back into the STB emulator but the loading bar doesn't and won't load for Monster Media. Please can you help me with my problem?
