Enable and configure a PVR (Peonal Video Recorder), with an IPTV, Internet Protocol Television, simple client. KODI IPTV PVR Simple Client – FiX No TV Menu.

1. on Settings, Addons, Configure PVR IPTV Simple Client
2. on General tab: Add IPTV URL
3. on EPG settings: XMVLTV URL
4. on Channel logos: Logos URL
5. ok, enable PVR Simple Client
6. go back to settings, and enable TV
7. Reboot kodi

Hi, informative videos! But I have tried this about 7 times and still cant get the TV menu to show. Any ideas?
I still can not see it even when I go to skin it's not highlighted doesn't let me enable from there either

where are the M3U URL's?
I found a reason for m3u playlists: when the pvc simple client addon tries to open a file .m3u, if the file is not well formatted kodi does not load the TV menu. So make sure the file .m3u starts with #EXTM3U word like in the following example:
#EXTM3U
#EXTINF:-1,IT: RAI 1 HD
etc…..
Indeed my original file was like this
#EXTINF:-1,IT: RAI 1 HD
etc…..
and Kodi did not load the list of channels and the TV menu.

how do i get rid of a blue drop down box saying [swipe down from the top to exit full screen[ i dont now how to do it ?
I have a skin but no menu bar. Nothing to click on… all black…Ugh…rrr!!!!
